Then it was time for John to shine. His process for meeting and follow up of potential buyers is remarkably thorough. He was able to generate immense interest in our property which gave us absolute confidence to proceed to auction. John was also our auctioneer. He ran the auction with perfect tempo, managed to involve multiple bidders and was thorough in working the price up to a wonderful level. This was the second property we sold with John in 2022. He also did an amazing job with our first property and in that instance helped us sell prior to auction which was a great result as market headed into decline.
