We recently listed and sold our old family home that had been in the family since it was built in the late 1930's. It needed some TLC and with Patrick Fowler's help and guidance, we updated this house into a wonderful looking period home that accentuated it's charms and appeal. Patrick managed the marketing campaign professionally and efficiently, providing us with feedback and his opinion at regular intervals. Patrick and the JAS Stephens team were always available to us to contact and discuss the progress of the house preparation and sale. When it came to the day of the auction, the weather was forecasted to be terrible (wet & windy) and the thoughtful council started roadworks right out the front of the house. Dealing with Andy to purchase our property was a great experience. He was direct, transparent and fair in his dealings.
