Reassuringly, from the beginning both displayed a very thorough knowledge of the broader and local housing market. Lily was our regular point of contact and was always a pleasure to deal with. John was so honest and pleasant to deal with. During the appraisal he was very informative, and during the selling process kept us well informed about the market trends. He managed to source us painters at very short notice after our original painter pulled out. We sold during a bit of a dip in the market, but luckily John managed to get us the price we wanted.
