George assisted us both with the purchase and later the auction of the property. Most of our interaction with him was during the auction of the property. Firstly he was spot on the assessment of the property value compared to the others I had approached. The sale price exceeded our expectations. From the start when expressed our interested in selling the property he worked with us and the tenants in ensuring that the property was adequately prepared to get us the best price. Since we were out of town most of our interaction was via email and he was always ready to support us with any query we had on the sales process.
