George facilitated a very smooth transition toward selling a desired property to us. At each step along the way his communication and advice was clear, consistent and reliable. It made the entire process easy for us to navigate. I felt that the vendor & us settled on a price that was mutually desirable - an ideal result at the end of the day.

We had complete confidence in Taylor right from the start. He was friendly, professional and interested in meeting our needs in a property. He kept in touch, talked frankly and honestly and having dealt with many agents in our time, we rate him extremely highly.

We have recently purchased a residence in Maidstone via Jas Stephens (Yarraville) and have been guided through the negotiation process to a successful purchase by Marina Condic. I would like to write and tell you and congratulate Marina on her professionalism, politeness and lovely manner with us. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she was always happy to answer any questions or help in any way. Even after we ‘sealed the deal’ she still organized with the tenants to allow us an extra visit to the property to measure up various areas. Contract signing was very organized with Marina being well prepared and communicating in such a way that we were able to understand the documentation to be signed. Based on her work with us we would not hesitate to recommend Jas Stephens to other friends and colleagues.

Would recommend Taylor for all of your estate agent needs.

Marina was a great communicator and very much assisted us in understanding where we sat with various properties in the area when buying our new home. Lovely and easy to deal with also.

We were extremely happy with George as our agent - he had great market knowledge and was an excellent communicator. No task was too hard for him in helping us, dealing with us remotely, organising third parties to get the property ready and providing timely feedback after inspections. He was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend George and his team at JAS Stephens.

My property purchase in West Footscray was my first and as such rather nerve wracking! George made this process as seamless as possible, always calling with updates and thoroughly explaining and guiding me through each step of the process. George has also been on hand to respond to any questions post-sale which has been great. I would recommend George and the team at Jas Stephens.

I found Marina and her team very informative and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They knew the market, worked the interested parties professionally and at times managed a very tricky situation with the current tenants.
