The sale of our house is a record (by far) for our suburb. But even if the result wasn't this out-of-the-ball-park amazing, my husband and I would both still rate George 5 stars in every category. We weren't looking for a best friend or even someone who would get the best price at any cost (note, he still got the best price anyway!) George built rapport with us because he was smart, reasonable and respectful. He had the hard conversations with us, he didn't over-promise us, he helped us manage our risk by getting colleagues to input and weigh in on our conversations, and he went out of his way to take us through comparable houses in the area so that we could make our own assessment on what we should expect from our house sale. He treated our house with respect and gave us plenty of warning if he wanted access. Based on our every day dealings with George, we were confident that the possible buyers of our house were having pleasant interactions with him as well. We bought our first house 9 years ago (George was the agent who listed the property then), and have recently sold this house with George and bought our next house with him also. We're more than happy with the outcome of everything.

Andy was highly approachable and went out of his way to make things easier for us when purchasing our home. He always responded to emails, texts and phone calls promptly and was knowledgeable about the market in our area. Andy was able to recommend a number of reliable builders and painters to help with quotes. We couldn't have selected a better agent to help us with our areas of need!

Andy reached out to us after we viewed an inspection, for a property we weren't interest in. He gave us some great advice for an auction we were going to participate in the following weekend (even though it wasn't through him). Throughout the buying process, despite some difficulties (unrelated to Andy or Jas Stephens), he was transparent and kept us up to date and abreast of matters. Often, more so than our own conveyancer. Highly recommended.

The planning involving with our sale here was detailed, and then when we found we were not receiving the preferred # of contacts - a few options were discussed and alternate approaches were reviewed. This included hrs, days and website changes. One of these options was also the preparedness to reschedule a chosen Auction Date. When we all thought we had reached the critical point with the sale - Andy quickly was able to change an interest, and also seeking feedback from other potential buyers, to a sale closure. Would recommend Andy to any potential sellers based on his detail, preparation and contact.
