My husband and I purchased a house that George was the listed agent for. We found him to be very honest, ethical and acted in the best interest of the vendor while still being friendly and provided good information to prospective purchasers. Thank you George, it was a nice process :-)

George was a fantastic agent to deal with as a buyer. Helpful and respectful he was good at communicating with us at every stage of the process from first inspection through to sale and beyond. I would absolutely recommend him!

We've dealt with George on both the buying and selling side of the equation and he delivers strongly for both buyers and sellers! George understands the significance of buying or selling one of the most expensive assets of your life and he behaves with the highest level of responsibility and integrity in this regard. He's exactly what you want in an agent - his knowledge of the real estate market is extensive, he arrives on time or let's you know if he's possibly running late, keeps you well informed and exhibits a careful balance with prospects. We found him respectful of our time, responsive to our requests and comfortable letting you know if something is beyond him. We placed our trust in George and his experience and have come away very pleased with the results. Oh, and he has a couple of 'surprise and delights' up his sleeve which made the whole experience all the more enjoyable!

We were extremely impressed with George and his team at Jas Stephens Real Estate Yarraville. George treated us with great respect and he kept us up to date with regular communication about how the sale was progressing. He worked hard for us behind the scenes following up and reporting back to us his every move. We would have no hesitation in recommending George as an honest, reliable and repeatable agent to deal with.

George was fantastic. It was my first time to sell a house and he kept me well informed of the process. How/why we would market my house. George was also very informative in how the auction process may go with best/worse case situations so the day wasn't as stressful as it could be. All his expertise and knowledge resulted in a great result on auction day. I highly recommend George and the rest of the Jas Stephens team.

It was an absolute pleasure to have George represent us in the sale of our home. He was professional, dedicated, friendly and reliable - all the attributes you want in someone representing you in this most important time in your life. Nothing was too much trouble and being a local in the area himself knew all the "little things" that potential buyers want to know. He always followed through on any plan that we formulated throughout the campaign, communication was excellent as was the final result. He has a knack of reading people and worked very well with us, giving us just enough information without bombarding us with all the finer details. He is an excellent negotiator too, can read the market & comes to an outcome that pleases both seller and buyer. If we were to ever sell or buy again, we would be thrilled to work with George again. If you are a first time seller, nervous & possibly a bit of control freak (like us), George is your perfect agent ! We can't recommend him highly enough.

Buying a house isn't always simple or straightforward but it has been a pleasure dealing with George and his team. I have appreciated his help, communication and easy going nature. The attention to detail has been 'spot on' and the extra effort (down to the personalised bottle of wine) including recognising me and remembering my name at opens as well as the auction made me feel welcomed and comfortable. He was also really nice to my mum.

We have been long term clients for JAS Stephens both as landlords and finally during the sale process of our Footscray investment property. For over 15 years JAS Stephens have provided a high level of service. With the most important phase being during the recent sale. Their marketing, reach and attraction of potential buyers led to a highly subscribed marketing effort and high attendance at home opens and the final auction. Leading into he auction with potentially 4 buyers gave a level of confidence and resulted in a fantastic sale result on the day.

My family had an amazing experience with Branko! He had absolute market knowledge, was sensitive to our family's needs and was able to manage the sale process in a professional, respectful and genuine manner. Highly recommended.

George recently sold our West Footscray property and make the whole process very easy for us especially as we were interstate throughout, the property required minor work (which he arranged) and had tenants. In the lead up to auction George kept us on track and we achieved a great result.

Branko was great, from the start he was very clear on the next steps in the sales process, provided us with regular updates and walked us through the many additional steps to purchase our first property. After a few hiccups we finally purchased our house in Newport. I am normally a little wary of estate agents after past experiences, but we felt comfortable and built trust with Branko to deliver. Thank you Branko for your patience and hard work. Ben and Dan
