We invited five local agents to provide us with an appraisal of our property and to outline why we should select them to sell our house. It would be fair to say that all the agents were very knowledgeable of the local area and the property market and presented relatively similar campaign outlines. Stephen, however, brought a genuine nature and warm personality. We knew that he would be appeal to potential buyers with his relaxed and 'non pushy' attitude. Stephen took the time to understand us, our house, and its attractors and detractors. "We will work with what we've got" he said during our first meeting. Throughout the campaign Stephen checked in regularly and even asked us how much or how little information we wanted on the progress of the campaign, and comments and questions from potential buyers. In the lead up to the auction Stephen took the time to brief us on the potential bidders and buyers advocates, and where he believed they were at in terms of price and settlement details. Stephen auctioned our property with the support of the team at Jas Stephens with the result being well above our expectations.
