When we first met with Elise Nemer and told her what properties we were interested in she immediately started referring suitable properties in the areas we had selected. We inspected a Kingsville property on a planned opening and then arranged another private inspection with Tate Moore. We put in an offer and after a week secured the property.

Thanks to George, my partner and I felt supported throughout the process of purchasing our property at auction. We made an informal offer prior to auction and George was open in letting us know the vendor's position on this. He is very responsive via text messages and emails, which is so helpful when property matters are so time-sensitive too! Last but not least, George's warm laughter and humour made everything less stressful. He also has so many renovation tips up his sleeves! Thanks George. 😊✌️
