Tate was brilliant from beginning to end. We interviewed a few agents but chose Tate as he was the stand out Yarraville specialist. We moved interstate before the property was on the market but he kept us informed every step of the way. He even swept before each open for us! He did many repeat private inspections on top of all the opens to accommodate the buyers. When it came to the auction, he got us a price that exceeded expectations!
