Andy displayed the utmost professionalism from the preparation of the property and throughout the sales campaign. His sage advice on areas to focus to achieve an outstanding result was pragmatic and commercially focused. Andy's focus throughout the sale campaign was excellent with Andy providing timely and consistent feedback on potential buyer feedback and to manage our expectations. Andy is affable and friendly and has a great style for us a vendor to feel comfortable with the process. We have been delighted with the end result and would have no hesitation in recommending Andy to others.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Elise as a buyer for an off market sale. Elise knew exactly what we wanted in the lead up to finding our house and helped us find a place that ticked all our boxes in such a short time! Once we found the one, she got it done from our initial offer to signing contracts was only a few days. Her sweet and kind nature goes beyond what you expect from a real estate agent. During the settlement period, Elise has always been helpful by facilitating trades to attend the property and take measurements so we can immediately start our renovations upon settlement. Highly recommend buying a house from Elise!

I can't recommend Andy and the team at Jas Stephens highly enough - Branko, Sarah and Sally - you are all stars in my book! Selling a property can be incredibly daunting especially for a worrier like me, but Andy made the entire process not only manageable but dare I say maybe even pleasant. His knowledge of the market and the intricacies of the trade were clear from day one. He provided exceptional insight and advice that helped me make informed decisions. He always had options and solutions to some of the hurdles I encountered because of my unique situation. From end to end, Andy was incredibly organized, detailed, and prompt. I never had to wonder about the next steps because he updated me regularly on progress (even after hours!), followed up on leads, and stayed on top of everything. He was always accessible and quick to respond to the million and one questions I had. He was so patient, taking the time to explain every detail and calming my apprehensions with his steady and confident approach. Most importantly, I genuinely felt I was in good hands with Andy. I am naturally someone who frets, especially about significant financial decisions, but he made me feel safe and secure. He was honest, transparent, and never once made me feel rushed. His attention to detail was remarkable, and he brought up considerations I wouldn’t have thought of, all while working indredibly hard behind the scenes to secure an incredible outcome for me - sold at a price and in a timeframe that I was happy with! Andy, Branko and the rest of the team at Jas Stephens exceeded every expectation, turning a nerve-wracking process into one that was smooth and reassuring. Their professionalism and genuine care for their clients’ needs set them apart. I’m incredibly grateful to have worked with them (and I've worked with a few!) and would recommend Andy in a heartbeat to anyone looking to sell their property. Thank you Andy - you have set a new standard in real estate!

Taylor was fantastic to work with for the whole process of selling our house. From the design of the campaign, suggestions on preparing the house, referrals to trades needed, Taylor made the whole process really smooth. We were always kept up-to-date along the way with inspection feedback and how things were going, and were very happy with the price he was able to get us before auction. Recommend 100%
