We sold our home with Elise just over a month ago. We purchased it during a hot market and so selling it in the uncertainty of this market was always going to be a difficult task. Elise took on the challenge with determination. While we didn't recover all of the money we put into the place during the time we owned it, Elise was able to get us a decent price that made us comfortable enough to sell at. What stood out for me was the negotiation process - she worked hard during that process to secure a figure that worked for us and I feel that we wouldn't have gotten the same outcome had we worked with any of the other agents in the local area. Throughout the entire process we could tell she was proactively selling the place - following up all leads and bringing in potential buyers from other comparative listings. Her communication throughout was top notch - she was quick to respond to all of our queries - no matter the time of day - and kept us posted with detailed weekly reports. You can see the passion she has for real estate in the Inner West - it really shines through. I'd have no hesitation recommending Elise to family and friends - she was a pleasure to work with.
