As a first-home buyer, I really appreciated being given the opportunity to make an attractive offer to the vendor off-market; it was a rare and fortunate chance to secure a home we love. Throughout the process, Tate was responsive, pragmatic and easy to deal with which made coordinating the contract and arranging a building inspection at short notice a pleasant, straightforward and efficient process. Tate's extensive experience also showed during the contracting phase, and that gave me confidence navigating what was a new process for me. There was a late change to the commercial terms during negotiations which was a bit challenging for us, but overall we were able to work through them constructively.
