We worked with Tate Moore in the process of selling our property in Melbourne's inner west, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him. Tate has clearly been in the business for quite a long time, and brought a wealth of experience to the process, including experience with sales of houses in the specific street. We started working with Tate well before the house was actually ready to sell. He provided useful insights into which repairs, modifications, etc might be 'necessary' before the sale, and which could be avoided. He also connected us to a network of local suppliers who were able to do a vast range of work to get the house ready. That part of the process was much easier than it would have been had I tried to source trades myself. Throughout the process, Tate was professional, but also optimistic and empathetic. He kept our spirits high with his enthusiasm, but we always felt that he had our best interests in mind. We also felt like he genuinely liked the house that he was selling, but that is probably a superpower that all estate agents share. 🙂 All in all if you are looking to sell in the inner west, absolutely give Tate a look.
