I have felt that George has been more of a buyers advocate than representing my interests as the vendor. While an agent needs to consider both side, I actually feel that George had the best interests of the purchaser in the forefront of his mind rather than my interests as the seller. I have been reluctant to post this negative review but all in all I felt I had to really push for my own interests through the process, when George should have provided a service that allowed me to feel that he was doing the best for me rather than prospective purchasers. It was a disappointing experience and I wouldn’t recommend going with JAS Stephens.

Selling our property from overseas was something we were dreading. We contacted Lily and she went above our expectations. She sold our property for the price we were hoping for, and she made the whole process seamless for us. She went above and beyond on a number of occasions, in regards to fixing a damaged attic roof tile, engaging with our representative in Australia and emailing and texting out of hours just to keep us up to date.
