We never sold a house before and didn't have a good knowledge of the real estate and had no idea about what to do and where to start. During my tenure in dealing with Trent Collie he has always been very professional in his dealings as well as quite ethical. Excellent agent and Myles his assistant very helpful patient flexible always willing to make time after hours to take me through the property very prompt with responding to any queries i had. Andrew closed the deal making the vendor see light to my offer initially vendor asking way to much but Andrew got him to the middle ground and closed the deal on Christmas eve!!
