Thank you Gavin and his team for making the transaction smooth. Auction day: once I was declared as the highest bidder, Gavin friendly nature steered the negotiations in a friendly environment. With the knowledge I gained so far from this transaction, i feel that I should have handled it more better. Lack of basic knowledge on my side along with the high stared skills of Gavin/Auctioneer worked in favour of the seller. I wish I should have given the necessary knowledge by the team to list the mandatory maintainance requirements like blocked drains, damaged roof etc In the special conditions as the reansaction is finalised by negotiation and not by auction in the end. Buyers expectation management is something I would request Gavin to up by a few bits. May be caring buyer: caring seller from 20:80 to 40:60 or a better figure. This is because buyer funds the entire transaction and takes maximum risk. After the auction and before the settlement, on the day of settlement and post settlement I was taken care of very well by Gavin and his team. Thank u again Gavin and team.
