From start to finish we felt Ari and the team at Jellis Craig had our best interests as their number one priority in a difficult market. Our property was passed in at auction and an offer was made after some negotiating post the event. However, because of Ari's knowledge and hard work leading up to the auction, he advised us not to take the offer and to hold on as he could do better for us. He didn't disappoint. Not long after the property was sold for a significant amount more then the offer post auction. We were especially pleased with how resourceful and thorough Ari acted during the entire campaign. We really appreciated the honesty, not just from Ari but the entire Jellis Craig team. Thank you to Ari for your hard work and Costa for conducting a brilliant auction.
