Smooth sailing process to help us with our big transition
After a year of deliberation, my husband and I were ready to move forward and upgrade to a bigger house for our family which also meant having to let go of our current house. After meeting with Chris, he was very supportive, helpful and professional in guiding with the process of purchasing and selling. We were very fussy with upgrading to our new home and although it took us a few months to find the right home for us, we were grateful that Chris was constantly on the lookout for us to help suggest to us which homes were available that would be suitable to our likings. With selling, although we were already home owners, the whole selling process was extremely daunting. Chris was able to communicate everything that would happen and would needed to be done by us really well. We felt very comfortable working with him from Day 1 and he definitely proved his trustworthiness to us. Chris's honest and supportive nature helped with our big transition which was a smooth process. In the end, we accepted an offer 1 week after our house was on the market and our house was then officially sold a week after that. What we appreciate most about working with Chris is that he was always keeping us updated with any important information and never left us in the dark. Thank you so much Chris for all your hard work, we really appreciate it!

Worked very hard
Mary was the listing agent when my parents were downsizing, the sale went very well. So when it was our turn to sell our property, we signed up with Mary without hesitation. She put a lot of effort helping us prepare the house ready for sale and worked very hard (3 opens per week) to get my property sold in 2 weeks in a buyers' market. Simply excellent!

Highly recommended Lyn!
