Worked very hard
Mary was the listing agent when my parents were downsizing, the sale went very well. So when it was our turn to sell our property, we signed up with Mary without hesitation. She put a lot of effort helping us prepare the house ready for sale and worked very hard (3 opens per week) to get my property sold in 2 weeks in a buyers' market. Simply excellent!

Highly recommended Lyn!
I was recommended to use Lyn at Ray White in Croydon and we could not have been happier with her service. Lyn was very professional with providing us an outstanding service, we followed all her recommendations including preparing our property to sale, advertised price, feedback after every opening. She also has her personal touch with supporting us emotionally during this period. Patience is a virtue
When we first decided to sell our home we soon realised we were on the cusp of the property market price downturn. However, Lynn was very confident & reassuring that she would do her best for a successful & rewarding outcome. With a short & thorough sales campaign we went into an auction with significant interest but at at lower price level than we originally expected. Lynn was very reliable, helpful, attentive to presentation & prompt follow up with prospective buyers & us as vendors with regular communication & a full weekly update. The property was passed in at auction but we were hopeful of a sale & kept it on the market for a few weeks but without a suitable offer at the time. Lynn introduced us to the Ray White rental property management team & we leased the property for a 6month period to ride the wave of the market. This proved to be a positive strategic option & assisted our finances during our relocation. It was certainly interesting times but working with Lynn certainly eased the stress & gave us an opportunity to relaunch the sale campaign in the new year. Lynn again passionately approached potential buyers & prepared everything for a very successful sales strategy & better than expected outcome at our second auction. Engaging the right audience & attaining the perfect auctioneer made the process so much easier for us. Nothing was too much trouble & her enthusiasm, positivity & patience were certainly a virtue. We would highly recommend Lynn for assisting with the sale of your home in the near future.

She was excellent and very professional at her job.
Mary was very friendly, helpful, thoughtful and professional in selling our house. She had a great marketing strategy and sold our house in 12 days despite the current market.
