It is over a year since I sold my property so am a bit puzzled why this was not done before. I did write to David expressing my gratitude. David gave me a great deal of support and guidance following the unexpected death of my husband and my wish to move house as soon as possible. He even took the time to come and view my proposed purchase. This went a long way in helping me to reach a decision regarding the purchase. We had maintained contact with David over the last 3 years. In late November 2015 we sold our home and contacted David to outline our requirements for a new home - downsize but not downgrade and our budget. David listened carefully and within 2 weeks contacted us regarding a property which he thought would be suitable. We had viewed 12-15 properties prior to David's referral, none meeting our requirements, so we were somewhat sceptical. However the property, which was not yet officially on the market was perfect and we made an offer after one visit which was accepted.
