We had maintained contact with David over the last 3 years. In late November 2015 we sold our home and contacted David to outline our requirements for a new home - downsize but not downgrade and our budget. David listened carefully and within 2 weeks contacted us regarding a property which he thought would be suitable. We had viewed 12-15 properties prior to David's referral, none meeting our requirements, so we were somewhat sceptical.
