In 2015, the property market has been a sellers' market and after searching for a property for more than 6 months, I have dealt with many real estate agents. David Egan was an agent that clearly stood out as a professional. David communicated effectively throughout the sale process and my attention was engaged from the start as a prospective purchaser. He was respectful, attentive to detail and knew how to negotiate so that the best outcome was achieved for all involved. I would consider using David Egan to either sell or purchase a property in the future. If you want an average real estate agent who is only interested in obtaining a quick result and not the best result for the vendor there are plenty of them out there. If you want someone who is a good negotiator and communicator and able to engage all buyers' interest from start to end, I would highly recommend David.

David is a naturally a friendly person but the thing that rates him above everyone else is his reliability and communication. He always lets you know what is happening where things are at and is reliable. His advice of the market is spot on and he dosen't mess around with any crap re how your house is going or potential buyer stories his tell you how it is. His follow up with potential buyers was always next day and he gave you an honest review of where they are at.
