We met Dallas Taylor some 5 years ago when he was selling a house in our street. As we felt extremely comfortable with Dallas, we subsequently asked him to provide us with a valuation of our house. In March 2014 it was time for us to sell our home, and the only choice in our mind was Dallas – even though there are a number of estate agents in our area. A very highly competent agent/auctioneer who has an excellent local knowledge on the market and in the area of Manningham. I had seen a number of auctions conducted by Dallas and found his performance very impressive on the day prior to employing him. Upon my interview, I had no intention to speak to another agent except to hand over my property to him to manage the sales. Selling/buying property is an enormous financial transaction and hence a very nervous and stressful process. But, with Dallas' communication and sales tactical advices during the sales campaign, I did not feel as such, but in fact full of excitement and optimism on the auction price that I was looking forward to achieve.
