Corey did a fantastic job helping me sell my flat in St Kilda. He was responsive and attentive from our first call all the way through to settlement. I always felt like he kept me informed of where things were at, and he gave me measured, considered advice throughout. He was tasked with handling some delicate negotiations, which he did aptly and promptly. This was especially important in a difficult market, and I feel I really benefited from engaging him as my agent.

She managed the pre-campaign seamlessly and coordinated the property being styled, ready and online within a week of the tenant vacating. Her communication was excellent and she kept me updated throughout the campaign which led to a successful sale in two weeks above the asking price. I highly recommend her and Sam for their professionalism and negotiation skills.

As a mortgage broker, I have seen the best and worse of real estate agents. Lucien Leggieri is at the top of the best and I cant give him enough praise. We were interstate purchasers and he arranged a private time to show us through the property with a 3rd party and FaceTime a viewing while interacting with us. He always kept us updated as negotiations progressed and through contract stage, etc. Calls were always returned within minutes (even while he was on holidays!). His pleasant manner and honesty are outstanding qualities. The service didn’t stop there - the after sale service was just as good. He met us early on a Saturday morning to hand over the keys!
