Selling a house is stressful at the best of times so thank you to Ryan for helping me through this process. His advice was practical and encouraging, yet realistic and his advice kept me on track during this time in a dynamic volatile market.   Ryan was fully engaged in the vendor/agent relationship guiding me through the process and always available to patiently take my questions and keep me informed of progress. Ryan not only understands the mechanics of the real estate industry and the market but also demonstrated empathy and an understanding of the emotions and personal issues involved for the vendor when selling the family home.   I always felt I was more than just a transaction, but that he actually cared about achieving a good outcome for me. From the onset Ryan gave me clear and helpful advice on ways to improve the presentation of the property. This included where I needed to bring in the professionals but also tips on practical things I could do myself to enhance the appearance. I appreciated his critiques of my efforts and frankly the suggestion to do some DIY tasks also provided a beneficial distraction for me. Even my disappearance overseas for three weeks during the process did not daunt Ryan – he took this in his stride and set in train the procedures required to keep in communication with me and to ensure the sale could proceed smoothly despite my absence.   Ryan knows the market and brings professionalism and excellent communication skills to the task. I would use Ryan again and recommend him to others.

Stephen , Mackenzie and Mandy are lovely people and a terrific team who were extremely willing to provide me with advice and much needed information whenever requested and most importantly before and after every “Open”. Communicating with them was easy and reassuring. And the Bell property administration team were friendly and very helpful . All this led to a successful sale.

Both Stephen and MacKenzie were a great help in finding us our property. Right from the start of the campaign, Stephen had organised an early opening for us to view the property because we weren't able to make the scheduled viewings. MacKenzie opened the property extra early for us, and it made the difference, in that it changed our focus from another property we had in mind to the one we bought through Belle. When asking about the property, both Stephen and MacKenzie were able to provide info about the property that wasn't easily found in the S32, both in regards to the history of the property and its development potential. They both made us feel at ease about the whole process, and I would highly recommend both as a team.
