The marketing plan was effective and generated significant numbers of interested potential buyers - not to mention many of our neighbours. Sam and Andrew attended all the open house days and we believe this assisted them to better manage the auction process to our benefit. The result was a competitive auction and an excellent price. We have met with many agents over the past 2 years in our search for a property and we have been approached by many to assist to sell our apartment. I have always found Sam the easiest to deal with. He always let us know about off market properties and gave us his honest opinions on these. He was also helpful with advice when we purchased a property even though it was being managed by another agent. When it came time to decide who would sell our place we didn't hesitate to use Sam. He is very honest and down to earth. He doesn't have a salesman manner, meaning you never feel he is trying to upsell himself. He knows his market very accurately and builds good rapport with buyers so they give him honest feedback. We needed to get our place on the market within 7 days and he and Kathy and the rest of his team made it happen with ease. He works around the clock and answers calls and emails straight away. He communicated everything including when inspections were on outside open times and always let us know how they went. He followed up all potential buyers fully which allowed us to sell before auction for a great price to one of his database clients. In summary: great communicator, runs a very professional campaign, honest, large database of clients, good reputation in the local area, over all a great guy. Thanks Sam!

I met Sam and Kathy when viewing another property and they provided me with tips and insights into the auction process. I felt they gave me honest advice on the process as well as honest information on the property I ended up buying at auction. At some other auctions and property viewings I have been to with other agents, I felt that the information given to me was what they thought I wanted to hear or i felt was misleading. I would definitely recommend Sam to others.
