In 2005, I bought a new home in Elwood and Trish was the Agent selling the property I bought. I was impressed with Trish's professionalism and passion at that time and asked her to help sell my old property - which she did very successfully. Recently when I wanted to sell my Elwood home, my first thought was that I needed to track down Trish. I wanted someone that I could trust and that I knew would do a great job without me having to worry about anything other than my side of the process. Trish is knowledgeable, passionate and honest and a dream to work with. I had a lot of things going on at that time and Trish went above and beyond to help me get the apartment ready. For example when I asked her about it, she was able to recommend a Stylist, a Painter etc. all of whom were very reasonably priced and did a great job in enhancing what is a terrific apartment. Trish is a great communicator and I was always kept up to date with what was happening all along the way. She bought passion and commitment to the Sale process and I can't recommend Trish highly enough. I've heard horror stories from others about buying and selling property but my experience with Trish was nothing but a highly professional, honest, pleasant experience.
