Having mostly dealt with Kylie who I understand works closely with Torsten I can highly recommend them. Some salient points which come to mind - Kylie managed ending the tenancy so the apartment could be vacant possession - Coordinated multiple contractors and timing for painting, carpeting, blinds etc. She even picked and advised the colours! - Recommended a fantastic temporary furniture company which made the apartment look fantastic - Sold the apartment over the expectations I had - Did all of this whilst I was interstate and overseas via mobile and email.
