We met with Sam in December, to give him our brief and work out whether it was achievable in the area we wanted. Sam was very honest and open about the market, and provided some great insights. By January, he showed us the property we ended up buying. While he was representing the vendors, we felt he was honest with us throughout the process, and everyone involved was happy with the outcome. We got the house we wanted for a price we were willing to pay, and the vendors got a price they wanted. I would definitely recommend Sam and his team.

Andrew was exceptional to deal with from day one. He has a nice relaxed, honest style about him which is a stark contrast to his competitors who were in discussions with also at the start of the sale process. He uses language we understood (it was our first property sale), and took us through every step of the way. We live interstate and needed a lot of help with trades and suppliers to get the property ready for sale. Andrew stepped in and got a number of competitive quotes for each area. Andrew's approach gave us great comfort, and we always knew he was doing the right thing by us. He communicated well and often enough without overdoing it which typical agents like to do. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone selling their home. His market knowledge was second to none, and you are going to get honesty, integrity and genuine interest and care.
