We had a very successful sale of our 1 bedroom apartment in Elwood. Chisholm and Gammon recommended someone to dress the apartment who wasn't too expensive, so the place looked great. Kathy was also very punctual for every inspection. Come auction day when we were feeling pretty nervous, Sam let loose. I wish I had recorded his spiel. He praised the flat, the block and the location, location, location. He didn't let up when the bids started coming through. He was relentless and enthusiastic. We were very impressed with Torsten. Twelve months prior to the campaign, Torsten advised us on the demographic the property would attract, and what improvements would suit that demographic the best. His advise was 100% correct, with a large group of buyers interested, and many commenting that it was exactly what they had been looking for. The campaign was faultless, with Torsten providing detailed feedback on every open for inspection. (Torsen himself or his senior staff were there for every open, including Sundays.).
