Sam together with Kathy were excellent to deal with. They had a great knowledge of the area and assisted with preparation, advice and input preparing the sale. They're communication was excellent with constant updates via phone and / or email and I never had an issue with they're engagement or time they afforded me. They professional approach led to a good outcome in my experience. We have given Andrew full stars on every account. We were so thoroughly impressed. Chisholm & Gamon run a very slick operation and deserve to have the market stitched up in the Elwood area. We did not feel as though we were being snowed and Andrew's candid and down to earth manner made the selling of our investment property much less stressful. We had a very successful sale of our 1 bedroom apartment in Elwood. Chisholm and Gammon recommended someone to dress the apartment who wasn't too expensive, so the place looked great. Kathy was also very punctual for every inspection. Come auction day when we were feeling pretty nervous, Sam let loose. I wish I had recorded his spiel. He praised the flat, the block and the location, location, location. He didn't let up when the bids started coming through. He was relentless and enthusiastic. We were very impressed with Torsten. Twelve months prior to the campaign, Torsten advised us on the demographic the property would attract, and what improvements would suit that demographic the best. His advise was 100% correct, with a large group of buyers interested, and many commenting that it was exactly what they had been looking for.
