I chose them over other agents because of their history in Elwood and because they gave me realistic advice about selling, which continued through the advertising campaign and negotiations! The organisation and communication from the pair was second to none and they went above and beyond to open the apartment for buyers advocates and additional inspections, arrange some "touch ups" in the garden and around the place to help with the sale.
