The sale was handled in quick time to meet our deadlines and resulted in a good price for us and the buyer. Firstly, let me say that prior to this property I had no experience with Chisolm & Gamon or Andrew. I was on the other side of the sales fence from Andrew - he was the seller's agent and I was the buyer. I was thankful for his assistance and punctuality in organising open for inspections and other activities before the purchase and couldn't fault any aspect of my interactions with him. However, what I was most impressed with was his assistance after the purchase - where some agents might be a little less interested after the sale is locked away, Andrew worked hard to make my side of things as painless as he could. Andrew demonstrated himself as someone of integrity and with this being my first journey into this type of property that is definitely what I needed - particularly when I wasn't paying for his services (directly). I really felt like I was being looked after and clearly Andrew took care of both the buyer and seller so everyone left feeling good about the sale. I would be very happy to recommend both Andrew and Chisolm & Gamon, all of my experiences with their staff were exemplary and I would be happy to engage their services in the future. Andrew did an excellent job. He suggested an auction of 1 which sold and then one of the losing bidders bought the other the next day. Very easy to deal with and provided weekly updates on progress. Knowledge very good
