Expectations Exceeded

Engaging Michael to auction our property was an excellent choice. Michael not only demonstrated his in depth knowledge of the local Collingwood community but how he builds relationships in a positive manner. The level of regular communication, the feed back on open inspections, private viewing and the auction itself demonstrated a high level of professionalism and commitment. We would highly recommend Michael if you are thinking of selling in the Collingwood area.

Highly professional

I worked with Simon to sell our house in Preston at a time when the market appeared to have cooled off a bit. Simon and his team worked very hard to generate interest, developed a clear marketing and presentation plan and kept me well informed at all key stages and after all open houses. The result met my expectations and would not have been realised without Simon’s focus.

Lee is a fantastic people person with a great blend of commercial and humble acumen

Lee was relatable. Lee was able to provide clear and concise advice for my property in the lead up to sale period. We both understand marketing, yet lee maximised the visual selection of photographs to best showcase the property; to align with the market. Lee provides exceptional customer service with open bookings, follow ups, and update summaries post inspection. Lee was able to facilitate multiple interested buyers ethically and authentically. He was able to be transparent with buyers and honest which resulted in a satisfactory sale. Lee listened to my concerns about typical sales strategies on lowering prices during the sales process for quicker sales; and together we achieved a 25,000 increase from the first offer. I appreciate Lee’s professionalism and diligence.

Prompt and efficient

we have recently sold a property. We live interstate and needed some minor works done along with letting people in and out of the flat. Trevor and Co were obliging and efficient in getting all this done. Our campaign was handled efficiently and we got the result we wanted.

Couldn't have got a better agent

Great experience and results, twice in ten years.

We worked with Simon in 2010, selling our home in a very difficult market. The whole process went well, with minimal stress. Even though we only had two interested parties, we walked away with a great result. Again we went to Simon in 2019 when selling our next family home. Once again the market was heading down. Simon was open to our marketing ideas, and really went over and above to meet and surpass our expectations. He has become an expert in his field and is both professional and lovely to work with.

Certainly an experience...and what a great outcome!

What can I say, all along the campaign Michael was there at the end of the phone to reassure and be available for any queries. He was understanding and appreciated the situation in selling the "family" home which was to bring closure to what was already a difficult time. His compassion and understanding was greatly appreciated. He was always ready to listen to any concerns and went out of his way to make sure things were running smoothly. We certainly appreciated his professional attitude and skill in the sale of "our family home". We were always kept in the loop with viewings and who was interested in the purchase of the property...it was very reassuring to know that there were genuinely interested parties and were advised when they returned for second viewings etc. I am sure it comes down to Michael's care and understanding towards people, both the buyer and the vendor. It certainly made this experience much more comfortable to deal with. I can't say thankyou enough!
