After owning our rental house for 37 years, we decided to sell our property, and picked TREVOR GANGE. It was the best decision we could have made. He met us on a Saturday afternoon at the site, when most agents are not available, & even though we had not made a final decision to appoint him, he was pleasant & certainly not pushy. He helped us with our marketing plan in a very professional and knowledgeable way as he did with everything, then he & his colleagues worked very hard in showing people through. He was very conscientious and kept us regularly informed. He called us whenever necessary, always returning my calls and e-mails (not waiting for days like other agents who sometimes don't even bother to answer at all) As we live hours away we relied on Trevor, and he efficiently dealt with any issues. He realised that we could not be there as often as we would have liked, thus whenever he was at the property, tidied up the garden & anything else that needed further neatening in order to present everything at its best. We really appreciated this. In fact if Trevor had owned the house himself, he could not have done more - going out of his way yet again to provide more than the best assistance possible. Obviously taking pride in his work was a priority, and exemplary without a doubt. We could call on him whenever we needed to, and he genuinely did his utmost; for example as we had a problem with plumbing after the sale and before settlement, Trevor sorted this out, and in his own time. Trevor has proven t be so reliable that we knew that what was said was gong to be done, was always done without hesitation and with total co-operation. Trevor was always well dressed, polite, courteous, and outstanding before, during, & after the sale. Both my husband and I were more than impressed with Trevor, thank him from the bottom of our hearts for his dedication & understanding of our position &will certainly use his services again. He certainly deserves all the praise.

We bought our 1st home 10yrs ago and michael was involved in that transaction. He was good to deal with as a prospective buyer. Over the years hes kept in touch with the odd email or voice message just to keep abreast of our situation. When it came time to sell i got i. Touch with michael and met up with him, liam and his stylist. They gave great advice about how to get the property best ready for sale, and they arranged a builder to do some minor updates and a full paint job and also teed up a gardener. Negotiating terms was easy. I never felt like he was ripping me off or pushing me to a flat rate or incentive commission. The marketing was smooth, he or liam called me after every inspection, and finally come auction day we got a result oretty much bang on what he thought the property should and would go for. I was very happy to have Mike as my agent and would definitely reccomend him and his team for sales in the inner north.
