Was apprehensive about the selling process for my investment property however, Lee was absolutely brilliant. He has good market insight, is honest in his expectations and his communication skills are of a high standard. Mike Amarant did an excellent job with the recent sales of my apartment in Carlton - he provided me with market information that enabled me to set a realistic price range and then with renovation services and furniture rental that dramatically improved the prentation of the apartment. And when I got a good offer before auction he advised me to go to auction as there were a number of interested parties that could better the offer. Good advice as we did get a better result at auction - way better than my initial expectation - well done to Mike & the team at Jellis Craig!

Jellis Craig in particular Simon Shrimpton & Danielle Reynolds have just sold our apartment in Collingwood. We are so impressed by their enthusiasm, hands on approach, support and their wealth of knowledge if the market and the neighborhood. Their confidence was infectious so we had little trouble in selecting them from a long-list of agents seeking to sell our property. They were able to put us in touch with people who could make the best of our apartment (stages & photographers) and provided a detailed marketing plan which laid out their strategy as an easy to understand process. Our stress levels were kept to a minimum and as Simon was the auctioneer assisted by Danielle, we never got to the "Quivering wreak" stage that we heard was a normal response to selling a property. Simon's confidence was exciting, the auction day took us to a height we've never known. We both had complete trust in them. When it came time to sell our property we explored 3 potential agents including Lee, who we met at an open inspection for a property in a nearby suburb. Before our first meeting Lee had developed a strategy for the property knowing that being on a busy street it would take a more creative approach to get the best price. This included working with a colleague from the local Richmond office who new the area and buyers intimately. This said a lot to us about Lee's approach, instead of wanting to take all the commission for himself he drew upon the skills and knowledge of his broader agency to get the best information, develop the best strategy and ultimately make the best sale possible. Lee worked tenaciously throughout the campaign. We could not recommend Lee more highly.
