I initially listed with another agent my property was passed in, no offers made close to what i was looking for, the other agent came back and started that my expectations were too high and he'd only keep trying if i significantly lowered my expectations. I didn't believe my expectations were unrealistic so I moved to Simon and within 2 days of moving my house was sold and sold around 10K above what i was looking for. When i sell again I'll definitely look to Simon first.

We were very happy with the result of our property in Clifton Hill. Following the auction, Simon did a excellent job in negotiating the sale and found us the price that met our expectations post Auction. Prior to the campaign he provided numerous options in regard to advertising to best reach our to buyers and to suit our budget. He was responsive and positive throughout the campaign and his efforts were appreciated. We would certainly use Simon again in the future and recommend to all in and around Clifton Hill.

I have always found selling any of my past homes a fairly stressful experience. From the time I signed Simon up as my agent, he provided me with great support and feedback. My wife and I have bought and sold a number of homes over the years. But, never have we had such excellent service as we did from Simon Shrimpton and his colleague, Danielle Reynolds, in selling our townhouse in Northcote. They operate as a close-knit team and one or both of them was/were always available. The overriding quality that my wife and I still frequently comment upon was their willingness to always carry out actions far beyond the expected 'call of duty'. For example, if opening our home for viewing in our absence, they took extra care to ensure that it was optimally presented. Similarly, on completion of a viewing period, they were meticulous with security and neatness. They listened to our instructions and carried them out perfectly whilst communicating throughout. On the day of the auction no bidders came forward. Simon and Danielle reassured us and mapped out an alternative strategy which resulted in a successful sale, at the price we were seeking, within a day or two. Simon and Danielle are warm, friendly and engaging people who are very client focussed and experienced, and we have no hesitation in recommending them most highly.

I engaged Justin to sell my apartment in Carlton. Throughout the sale process, I was informed constantly about what he was doing and the feedback that he got from potential buyers. The apartment sold in about 5 weeks after it was put on the market. I was pleasantly surprised as there were a lot apartments for sale in that area, and I didn't expect mine to sell so quickly due to its odd shape. I would definitely recommend Justin as an agent.
