I am a big fan of the team at Hocking Stuart. Mike and Amanda work extremely well as a team unit , providing honest and direct feedback which ultimately resulted in a record price for the property. Their innovative ideas and approach are elements which made the selling process a seamless and engaging one. Mike in particular has nurtured the relationship over the years providing advice and insight on the local area which was invaluable. I was very impressed with Rob and his team. They followed up and replied to every telephone call and text enquiry without fail and in a timely manner. I appreciated the assistance of their in house stylist as to how to prepare the house. This was a bonus I did not anticipate. One of the shocks i received during the campaign was the fact that at no time was I subject to a conditioning process as far as far as price expectations were concerned. In fact I was recommended to increase my reserve on the day!!!! Another bonus was Rob's sense of humour. It made a stressful situation much more bearable particularly during the auction when Rob came to chat mid way through the auction. Now to show I am balanced I need to mention an area of improvement. I did not like the add copy and required a number of changes encountering resistance along the way. It lacked imagination and call to action which I believe are esentuial. In saying this I feel most agents are next to hopeless in this respect. Cheers Dave
