He was thorough, energetic and well considered in his judgments of what we needed to do to get the best outcome. Michael is the sort of agent who lays off all the real estate hype and instead takes an evidence based approach. This gave me confidence over a the campaign, I felt he was working in my interests rather than having a buck each way and I think his genuineness meant that buyers were also confident. On auction day he knew what he was doing and even though bidding was sluggish Michael worked well with a couple of buyers to get us over our reserve price. We were happy with the result as we'd priced the reserve quite highly. After sales service was also great. I'd highly recommend Michael.
