Lauren worked really hard to sell our house. She had a good number of prospective buyers she brought through and was great at identifying their level of interest. She was well aware of what was happening in the market and provide sound advice for our campaign. On auction day she negotiated well with the people who the property passed in to and got us a great outcome.

Lauren is great at her job, excellent communication, providing regular updates and guidance along the way. Working all hours to assist with negotiations and thinking outside the square by engaging building inspections to engage potential buyers. My only constructive feedback would be to provide vendors with realistic expectations from the start by perhaps not over quoting potential sale, leaving vendor with higher expectations when market may not support the figure quoted based on condition of property etc.
