We chose Lauren as our selling agent because we liked her energy and clear communication. This was borne out in the course of the sale: we went to private sale and were updated continuously and given an accurate assessment of the interest shown in the property. When the serious bidding was in play Lauren was clear and precise without drama and we achieved a good result significantly above our reserve. So, very happy.
