Anthony was engaged to assist in the sale of our property due to a relationship break down. There were a number of external factors that dictated a more challenging landscape than was necessary for Anthony and overall I believe he navigated the environment as well as, if not better than many other agents would. In many cases, I feel Anthony went above and beyond in appeasing all parties and presented with a primary focus, which was to assist in the successful sale of the property at the best price in a tricky market.
