We engaged Lauren to sell an investment property in Altona. Lauren suggested a few minor renovations to enhance the property, and had a list of tradespeople to contact at short notice. We received constant updates as to attendances at open house events, and details of those attendees who expressed interest in the property. Unfortunately, auction day was wet and uninviting and no bids were forthcoming. Undeterred, Lauren swung into gear and within days we were receiving genuine offers from interested parties.
