Jack gave me an appraisal of my home in The Lakes estate in Lilydale. He had good knowledge of the area and gave me a realistic estimate for the price of my home. After only two open for inspections Jack came and presented me with four genuine offers of which were eye watering. My home was sold within six days of being placed on the market. I would recommend Jack when you are looking for a well presented and professional agent to sell your home.

Excellent communication
Jack recently sold us a property in Lilydale and from the moment we met Jack we were I impressed with his knowledge and care in the sale of his vendors home. Good communication and seemed straightforward to work with
Jack helped us with a tricky purchase involving vendors who were a bit unreliable. He generally communicated well about what was going on over a month that it took to negotiate the purchase and pursued the vendors multiple times when they seemed to vanish. He made a tricky experience better to deal with.
