This is only the second time I have bought a house, and I’m glad I had Jack managing the property that I ultimately purchased. He is spot on with what the Lilydale market is up to, answered all my silly questions, and communicated promptly as we negotiated with the vendor. He is open and honest too about where other buyers are at - I appreciated that he was looking out for the best interest of his client but kept me absolutely in the loop with all the info I needed , ultimately leading to the successful purchase of my perfect new home. I could best describe him as dealing with a good buddy - he tells things as they are, suggests things you haven’t thought about, doesn’t sugar-coat anything and looks after you.
