It sold without any advertising, not even a street board. It was the smoothest, quickest Sale imaginable. A top price was achieved, $37,000 above the highest price paid for a similar unit. Jack was a good listener who heard my concerns and what I preferred to do. He also fitted around my heavy work schedule and my lack of a mobile phone. My heart sank when three similar units came on the market but Jack quickly reinstated my confidence by pointing out the different situations. Top agent - Great Result
We first met Jack about 12 months ago when he offered a free appraisal on the value of our home. We immediately warmed to Jack . At that time we had no intention of selling and were only curious about our home's value. Life and circumstances change and ours changed quite suddenly with us concluding we needed to reassess our future accommodation needs. We re-contacted Jack who provided with good sound advice all along the way. We wished to maximise our sale price and Jack suggested and arranged for a home stylist from his agency to call. The advice received from the stylist was first class. Jack's communication skills are first class and his knowledge of the local market is excellent. He backed up his views with concrete evidence of what was occurring in our market. End result was three firm offers at excellent price levels and all within 8 days of listing and 1 open for inspection.
