Sam really assisted us with the whole selling process, especially being our first time. He provided continued support, and knowledge ensuring we were kept up to date with the developments.

This is the second time we have sold with Amie, Byron & Steph. I am making this review now based off extensive experience with the team and without any predujuce or vested interest. We couldn’t be happier with the results they Amie achieved for us. Amie is extremely personable, she treats both vendors and prospective buyers with the utmost respect and makes everyone feel comfortable during what can be a very stressful process. Amie is honest and transparent throughout the entire sales process. Amie is punctual, professional and conscientious. If these values matter to you, then by choosing Amie and her O’Brien Mentone team you won’t be disappointed. Working alongside Amie is an exceptional team. Byron mirrors the qualities of Amie. It is evident that Byron cares deeply about the O’Brien Mentone brand and operates with integrity and professional at all times. He can handle any “curve ball” thrown at him without breaking stride and takes on the stress of the sale so you don’t have too. Byron is also a talented auctioneer and makes auction day a real pleasure for everyone involved. Byron is a true gentleman in the industry. Behind the scene and also assisting with the opens is Steph. Again Steph exemplifies the values of Byron and Amie and therefore fits into the team perfectly. Steph is well informed throughout the process and handles any enquiry or task immediately and accurately. It is clear Steph is on her way up in her chosen career and it was our pleasure to have her assist in our sales process. Overall, if you want a no nonsense, professional and well informed process when selling your home then choosing Amie, Byron and Steph is the right way to go. If you want phone calls answered, messages returned, honest conversations and ultimately excellent sales results (but with respect and fairness shown to purchasers also) then choose this team as we have now done twice before.

Amie was very easy to work with she was upfront and honest about the property and the steps we needed to take to ready it for auction. Whilst listening to our thoughts and requirements, Amie was direct, knowledgeable and confidant, keeping us in the loop through the entire sale period. Even in a difficult market, Amie shone. Would absolutely recommend Amie, 5 stars !

Her knowledge of the local market and strategies to achieve the best outcome were second to none. Her communication was amazing, honest and open, and I always felt up to date and informed about what was happening. Amie's professional approach and integrity combined with her personable and supportive manner was greatly appreciated and ultimately resulted in an outstanding outcome - I would not hesitate to highly recommend Amie and the team at OBrien.

My husband and I recently sold our apartment and Sam was with us all the way. Communication was top notch, we were kept up to date with apartment viewings, market appraisals, phones calls on potential buyers. For us, its the small things that make a difference and Sam was exceptional at that. Dropping in to our apartment when we were fixing it up, dropping a candle off at our house, bringing flowers and a candle to our apartment. Follow up phone calls after we sold. Always asking if we need anything, do we have any concerns, can he help with anything. Wonderful man who will succeed (already is, we believe) because he is a people person. Very very happy. cheers Carmel and Peter

I have known Sam for over 6 years and although he left the agency that leased my property when I first meet him at he always stayed in touch keeping me up to date with the state of the market. It was easy for me to contact Sam when I decided to sell and have Sam list my property for sale. Sold in the first week and took care of everything for me including professional cleaning, painting, some maintenance items & styling of the property to make it look it’s best while for sale. Highly recommend Sam to anyone.

We really enjoyed dealing with Sam, he is highly professional, knowledgeable and considerate. Sam made the whole experience of selling our house relatively stress-free and we would unreservedly recommend him to anyone buying or selling property. He may even have changed our impression of the real estate industry (no mean feat :) )
