Sam took an interest in my property years before sale even though it was being rented with another agency. He answered questions & helped out even though he was under no obligation & if I had continued to rent it out would have definitely changed to his agency, however decided to sell. He was extremely honourable for both myself & for potential purchasers, in this way bringing two parties together for an equitable result. We trusted & valued his opinion, when we purchase again we would hope to use him if at all possible. Couldn't recommend more highly.

I found Sam very easy to deal with. He listened to my thoughts on how I wanted the campaign ran and was good in giving me suggestions on how to improve the campaign in line with my ideas. Sam was very clear in his communication and explained the process involved in the sale of the house, he answered all questions clearly and offered suggestions for me to think about if i had any concerns. He gave me adequate notice of the private inspection times and offered a range of different times that these could happen. Sam went out of his way to notify clients that he thought would be interested in my property and he also was giving me feedback about potential buyers after the inspections, and followed up with the interested parties to what their thoughts were with regards to the property.
