We were thrilled with Byron, Amie, Steph & the whole team at O'Briens during the recent sale of our house. Being our first sale, the team really held our hand and gave us invaluable advice on how to present and price our home. The final result was a testament to their market knowledge and I cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend O'Briens!

From day one Amie was a pleasure to deal with. Constant contact 2-3 times a week keeping us up to date with everything happening in our campaign. We never had to call to get information, she was always first to call us. And property sold at first auction for a price we were more than happy with! Couldnt ask for more in an agent. Thanks again Amie

Sam assisted us in purchasing our 'Forever Home'. He was very informative when we inspected the property and was diligent in following up with us regularly in the lead up to the auction and answering any of our questions. Sam and the team at O'Brien Real Estate are highly professional, realistic and supportive!

After living in the same house for nearly 42 years we were totally out of touch with real estate sales procedures when we recently decided to sell and move. Before we selected a real estate agent we asked some friends and acquaintances if they could recommend anyone. The name Sam Hartrick of OBrien Real Estate was mentioned favourably a couple of times so we met with Sam and decided to register the sale of our property with OBrien Real Estate Central Bayside. Because of our unfamiliarity with the real estate market we initially experienced some moments of very high anxiety, however, Sam was really approachable, answered our many questions and clearly explained the whole process for putting our house up for auction. During the period of preparation for the auction Sam regularly communicated with us and gave useful advice and guidance. Once the house was open for inspection we were kept up to date with details relevant to the sale. Sam and his colleague Spiro were always quick to respond to any queries we had and provide support. The final preparation for auction day was clear and precise and we had a really successful result. Sam Hartrick's support did not stop after the sale of our property, he has kept our conveyancer up to date with details of the sale and related matters. We genuinely would not hesitate to recommend Sam Hartrick and his team at OBrien Real Estate Central Bayside. Sheena & Jonathan Whyte

My husband and I recently downsized to a smaller townhouse. Sam was the agent that represented this property. Nothing was too much trouble for Sam and his team. They were fantastic from the first open inspection to post auction. I have no hesitation in recommending Sam. A true gentleman and a credit to his Agency.

Mary has been, as I say above, an OUTSTANDING representative for your company. She has taken time to resolve certain issue and at no time made my wife and I feel anything other than "special". I wish I had've known about her when I sold my Bentleigh East property and you may be assured I shall give her my HIGHEST recommendation should anybody I know be interested in finding a trustworthy, realistic, approachable and just "likeable" Real Estate Agent. Well done Mary !!!

Sam and his team were fantastic during the sale campaign of my Mother's house. I cannot thank Him enough for all this support and guidance during this challenging time. He put my mind at ease, knowing that my family were well looked after. His expertise and knowledge with the current market, current trends and his excellent communication between us, made the auction campaign run smoothly and it resulted in a fantastic result for my Mother. Sam and his team should be commended on a superb job and i would highly recommend Sam to my friends and family if they every chose to sell their house!!
