We found Mary to be very professional. She was always punctual and very reliable: she phoned when she said she would and attended to any of our queries promptly. We were worried that an agent would forget about us once we had signed up, but this was not the case. We never thought that we could go to auction but actually found the process surprisingly unstressful, mainly because we felt that we were well informed during the campaign. Although continually enthusiastic, Mary was not a flamboyant agent, but rather one that gave us the steady support that we needed. We would certainly recommend her.

Mary was a ray of sunshine when she walked into our house. always attentive to everything and always just a phone call away, great at keeping you up to speed on the sale of your house.
