After interviewing a few real estate agencies I choose Jellis Craig as they seemed to me to be knowledgeable within the Mount Waverley area, were very business like but very friendly, polite and seemed keen to please and gave me the impression that they would go the extra mile if needed. The agents I dealt with were Costa Calaitzis, Alaine, Jared and Anthony. Couldn’t fault the attention I received, phone calls after every open house to tell me how it went and any feedback they had received from perspective buyers. They always arrived on time and seemed to be organised. The day of the Auction was a wet miserable day but that didn’t seem to fluster Costa. Costa called the auction and did a really good job. The property was passed in and for the next 2 hours Costa, Jared and Alaine negiotated with 2 buyers with a successful outcome to all. I can highly recommend Jellis Craig and the team.
