Fantastic agent, Sam should be every vendors agent of choice
Sam came highly recommended from friends and associates that had sold or known someone that had sold their property with him and now I am well and truly on the band wagon. I could not recommend Sam highly enough to anyone trying to decide which agent to choose to sell their property.
Sam and his team turned the potentially highly stressful experience of a sales campaign into a very smooth and relaxed one that also ultimately achieved an excellent result for us.
Although Sam was highly recommended we still interviewed a number of agents, but after our first meeting with Sam their was never any doubt in my mind as to the fact that he was the guy that would get us the best result. That decision absolutely paid off with Sam being able to achieve a fantastic sale on auction day for us.
From the first meeting right through until the auction was done and dusted Sam was always available and willing to take the time to discuss any matter that arose. His communication skills are excellent. As a first time vendor this was very important to me. Not only is Sam a great salesman and negotiator but an excellent listener too. He always took on board what we had to say, was able to answer all of our questions in ways that were clear and easy to understand and he worked with us the entire time to achieve our goal. I always felt at ease that everything was in excellent hands after speaking with Sam and that he was working with us not just taking us down the path he wanted to go.

Sam is very passionate about his job, has a very high level of integrity, will keep you informed and at ease with his excellent communication skills and will genuinely work with you to achieve your sales goals and dreams.
