Amazing agent and friend
Sam was an absolute wonderful agent to work with, he gave us a really seamless experience of selling our home and was open and communicative throughout the entire process. Sam knows the market well. Has excellent negotiation and communication skills .
Sam is well respected in the community as an outstanding estate . He regularly informs his clients throughout the process, on the development of the sale which is most helpful. After each open day, the vendor is informed later in the day as to how many groups inspected the property. You are not left waiting a day or so to obtain this information. I would highly recommend Sam and his team from Northcote Jellis Craig if you want the best possible price for your property.

THE MOST BIZARRE EXPERIENCE ***
Before I met Sam and Nigel I thought they were just a bunch of real estate agents in their fancy suits. There is so much more depth to these two men who not only do an amazing job at their job (sell houses)... but they actually do care about their clients immensely (something so rare and unforeseen in the industry). Not only did they look after the process flawlessly, but looking back, I would have been happy to pay these guys a higher $$$ with the work that they provided. You don't truly appreciate this until you sell your property but if I were to do it again - I couldn't give these two a higher recommendation.

Very knowledgeable and professional agent
I've dealt with Sam when buying real estate and when selling real estate. On each occasion Sam has demonstrated great market knowledge and a high standard of customer service. Sam is very professional in his approach however he also understands that buying and selling real estate is momentous to vendors and buyers, he took the time to listen to what I was trying to achieve as a vendor and the outcome has been fantastic.
