Nigel was a great person to work with during my side of the house sale process
When Nigel was making the sale pitch to secure the property contract I asked for 3 things 1/ honesty 2/good communication 3/ identifiable commitment to our sale. Nigel achieved all 3 key items that were important to me in a professional and courteous manner with efficiency. Nigel,s follow up after the sale and subsequent contact has been exemplary. Done Deal!!!!
Sam and Jeremy got the deal done for us and we were able to purchase our house before auction taking away the uncertainty. We wanted to buy in Thornbury and preferably a brick house that was renovated and that's what we got. We had a bit of a history with Jellis Craig in that we were the underbidders for another property and this made us familiar faces to Sam and Jeremy. Sam really helped us out and negotiated a deal with the vendors for a price that was satisfactory to both parties. If this had not happened we may have missed out on the house. Would just like to thank Sam and Jeremy for their help in buying our Thornbury property. We are very happy. Gavin & Antoinette.
